New in Square Loyalty: Exclude Ineligible Items from Your Rewards Program

If you run a spend-based Square Loyalty program, you can now exclude certain items or categories so customers only earn points on the items you choose.

With this new feature you can pick which items you want to exclude from your rewards program, like big ticket items and services, so that you don't have to worry about customers earning rewards too quickly on ineligible products or services.

Easily update your Square Loyalty Program to exclude certain items from earning points from your online Dashboard by clicking Edit next to the Eligible items and categories section.
