We are excited to share our newest update for Square Loyalty: a redesign of the Loyalty Dashboard. We heard from many of you that the current Loyalty Dashboard was not providing key insights to how the program was working for your business. We have taken that feedback and redesigned the entire experience, adding more relevant graphs and details on loyalty related activities.
So, what’s new?
We have added 3 sections to the Dashboard:
1) Overview Section which includes the number of loyalty Visits and Rewards filterable by location and date. It also includes the Top Customers who’ve redeemed a reward.
2) Activity Section which includes a list of most recent loyalty activity for your business to address your customer’s questions. You can filter by time, location, and activity type.
3) Promotions Section which includes tools to market your loyalty program. There is a link to a free downloadable table tent and a link to create a free marketing campaign to let your customers know about your loyalty program.
Visit our Support Center for step-by-step instructions on using the new Loyalty Dashboard. We will be rolling out this feature out over the next weeks, so stay tuned if you dont have this yet.
