someone says they canceled and I didn't get a notification

A regular client of mine says they cancelled their appointment but I didn't get a notifcation. How can I see whether that really happened?

Hello @ARC

 

If a customer canceled their appointment you should receive an email notification. Their appointment will be removed from your calendar. If you head to their profile in your customer directory, it will show that they canceled the appointment.

Thanks, Chad! Unfortunately, I think the "system" has revealed that they were misrepresenting themselves.
