I am working on expanding my wholesale sales. I am currently working on setting up an online store, this entire time I've sold on Etsy and in person. Wholesale will really help me reach my financial goals.

My goal is to expand Moore Family Tax Pros to all 50 states by the end of 2024

We are majorly pivoting in 2024, going back to made-to-order only with pop-ups and events. I've had retail as part of my business since late 2013 so this is a major change for us. My goal is to have consistent business to keep my three employees full-time, while not working myself to the ground. Something I could use help with is expanding my shipping operation. We do okay but I know I can do much much better. Basically how to market to a national audience instead of the local one that I've done mostly.

Sounds like a big but exciting year of change! Not sure if you have seen the Future of Commerce 2023 report but I wanted to link it to you in case it helped with some inspiration for your marketing efforts!

My goal is to increase our wholesale numbers by 40%. I found a photographer who is going to shoot my products to really elevate the look of the items, then I am going to update the site so it looks cleaner.

I would love to see other product-based Square Online sites that do a great job with their designs for inspo!
