Account & Settings > Business > Locations only showing 1 location but I have 2

I have two locations in my Square setup. I have team members assigned to one, the other, or both and that is working correctly, however, when I navigate to view my locations at Account & Settings > Business > Locations, I only see one location listed and therefore cannot edit or modify the missing location.

 

Any ideas why one of my locations is missing?

Thinking it might be because I have Team Plus enabled but only for 1 location and therefore I'm not able to see the non-Team Plus location. This seems like a bug.
