Adding stylists existing schedules to a central location for scheduling

We have just opened a brand new salon and us three stylists all have existing schedules/appointments made in our own individual square appointments app. Is there a way to merge that onto a square appointments without us having to input all the appointments again?

You're absolutely making sense, @Jmaynard! The Appointments Calendar does not have the ability to import and export appointment data. That being said, at this time, the appointments would need to be entered in to the new Square account manually one-by-one.

 

If you'd like, you can always give us a call and ask to speak with the Appointments team. Our Customer Success team can connect you with an Appointments specialist, and they may be able to suggest the best next steps to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Can we all look at our schedules from private devices once they are all in the same location at the salon? I haven't seen an option for that.

 

The salon owner has done the invite for me to be on the salons schedule, but I can't figure out where that option is in my personal tablet for my schedule.

Congratulations on the new salon, by the way, @Jmaynard - how exciting! 🎉

 

If you are using an iOS mobile device (iPad/iPhone), you should be able to follow the steps outline here by @Helen to view all staff appointments on your device. If you are using an Android mobile device, this feature isn't available for the Android version on the app just yet. We will be sure to post an update to this thread as soon as it is!

I unfortunately have an Android and don't ever see myself switching to an iPhone. I hope you get that update soon as that is super inconvenient 😭
