All of my appointments aren’t showing up on my calendar in the appointments app on the iPhone. Even after clicking the link in the notification texts I get when the appointment has been scheduled. Even the appointments from days/weeks past have disappeared.
(I’ve tried the following; deleting/reinstalling, signing in/out, etc.)
Anybody have any ideas? Cos one day they were all there, and then suddenly they were all gone.

Sounds like you've done some troubleshooting, which is great. Did you happen to take a look at the Troubleshooting specifically for the Appointments App?
This definitely sounds like a strange issue. If you're still running into issues after going through those troubleshooting steps, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Success Team and asking to speak with an Appointments Specialist. They can help take a look at your account.
For the past two days my appointments have not been showing in my calendar on my PC. Blocked time and personal appointments are showing but none of my dozens of appointments.
It looks like this issue has been in the Community a few times before so I moved your post to one of those existing threads.
I would follow the steps @Nika_S listed above to contact the Appointments team directly to look into this with you since we don't have access to your account to take a look from here.
