Business Address Not updating on Invoice

Hello:

 

I recently updated my business's email address in Invoices for my business profile.  However, when I issue new Invoices, the old email address is still appearing on the Invoices -- not the new email address. 

 

Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

HI, even though you changed your information everywhere you have access to, Square needs to update their dashboard.

 

You can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
