Can I edit my online store using the Weebly app?

Hi,

I began to create the free online store through square. I noticed it says Weebly. Am i able to use the Weebly app by signing in with my square credentials or will i have to make a separate weebly account and link them together? i want to be able to keep an eye on it through my phone as thats the device i have with me always.

You should be able to use the Weebly App to view this. Weebly is a Square company, but I've reached out to our resources to confirm. If you choose to look into this and get a specific answer, before I have one for you, let us know!

I was able to login. I can see the products I have on the site, can add photos to the products, and edit some information about each item. There is a section/button that says to edit the website. When i click on it, it says “site not supported, editing this site is not currently supported”. Is there a reason why I can’t?

It could be because of the browser that you're using @HectorSed. We recommend using Chrome. Which browser are you using?

Hi, Sorry if I wasn't clear but on my laptop I do use Chrome and it works perfectly. What I was referring to on my last post was about the IOS Weebly App. I wanted the app so i can keep tabs on the online store and one of the features it said on the description was that you can edit the website from the app. Currently, everything i'm doing is on the laptop. It's just I don't always have my laptop with me (which is most of the time).

You should be able to download the Weebly app and just log in with your Square credentials. Give it a try and let us know if it works!

I got to login the ios app now but it says editing the website is not supported. Is there a reason it is not supported vs those that are supported?

@HectorSed I asked our Weebly specialists about this and at this time you can't edit your website from the Weebly app (as you've noticed). You can manage orders and products.
