You might want to look at your Sell Through Report.
From your Dashboard click Reports - Inventory Reports - Sell Through..... then select the time frame and Deselect ALL Categories and select the category you want.
This will update automatically so you can view this report. I have not tried to export a Certain Report like that but there is an Export button on the Right. Will it export all your Sales for the time frame and Category or will it export EVERYTHING for that time frame? This I am not sure of but when I do a Time Frame for a sale and another Criteria and then export it I get everything then need to sort and filter that export in my CSV software (Excel, Google Sheet, Numbers, etc)
