At the moment, managing inventory from the Square app isn't available; I agree that it would be helpful! I'll pass your comments along to our product team for visibility, but as always, keep an eye out for app updates.
When an item with inventory management enabled is sold from the Square app, the current stock count decreases and the new item quantity is reflected in your online Square Dashboard.
