Can't search by sku (2023)

Hi!

 

I am unable to consistently search by sku in the item library in order to add it to the checkout. Sometimes it works on my windows pc and android galaxy and then it doesn't. Currently, if I am able to search by the sku at all, it no longer jumps to the correct item for an easy add. What's up? 

 

I am trying to figure out how to do my inventory and want to get it right before I enter 1000+ items.

I can recommend checking to make sure that both your app and your mobile device itself are up-to-date. Since you mentioned it working intermittently, I also recommend, you confirm that your Android Device is on this list. If everything looks good there, you'll want to reach out.
