Change the layout of point of sale for different employees?

Is it possible to change the layout and what is included on the Point of Sale screen for different employees?

I would like to have customised POS screens come for each employee when they log on. Is that possible?

You can only cusomize it by location, not employee.  I have three locations and there are items I have at one location I don't have at the others.  I can add those items to the button menu on one location and they don't show up on the other locations. 

What exactly are you looking to customize?
