We offer build-your-own bowls at our restaurant with many toppings and add-in's to choose from. Unfortunately, when printing out the on-line orders, some items get left off the printed tickets. When will the character limit be increased?
After double checking with the team it looks like this is something that we can share with our Product team for some future enhancements. Appreciate you bringing this up!
Off topic, but curious if you are able to get the bentobox transactions to "categorize" in reports. Mine all flow into Uncategorized so its hard to see the product mix... Thanks
