All good questions. To start, you can only have one "shop all" page, so you can't have one specific page for delivery and one for pickup. But as a workaround, you could make a delivery category and a pickup category with designated items in each. Then, those category pages can be used by your customers when they go to choose their items for whichever service they want: delivery or pickup. The other thing to note is that you won't be able to have your prices listed differently unless you create double of each item.
Example: If you have one large growler available for both delivery and pickup, you'd have to create two items for that one large growler so that each can have a different price. One will be for the delivery category and the other for the pickup category.
