Credit Card payments to Square vendors are not sending notifications to email on my square account.

When I use my credit card to pay a square vendor I get an email to my work email account.  My square account is setup with my personal email account.  I want these notifications to go to my personal email account.  How can I change this?

 

Also, I would have thought I could see this transaction on my square account.  But I don't. I guess that's not surprising since my square account doesn't know my credit card number, but its also not clear how to fix this.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You can follow these steps to change the email address where you receive digital receipts:

 

  1.  Click Manage preferences at the bottom of any receipt.
  2.  Select “Do not automatically send me any digital receipts.”
  3.  The next time you make a purchase with any Square seller, you'll be prompted to enter your preferred email address or phone number if you would like to receive digital receipts. 
  4.  Once you receive a digital receipt at your preferred email address, you can click Manage preferences to adjust your automatic receipt settings for a specific business location, or for all Square sellers. From that point on, Square will use the new email address for automatic digital receipts.
