Hi! I'd like to build custom reports but I don't know it's possible. These are two examples of the reports I would like to run:
New Customers (names & contact info included) between dates
Sales by item or category between dates, to include customer info
Has anyone had experience with this?

This is also something I would like: Customer, Item Purchased, and method of payment. All in one report.

Hi there.
It sounds like you might benefit from using the Customers tab in your Square Dashboard.
The Customer Insights tab reflects the breakdown of New vs Returning customers within your own specified time frame. While this section does not include customer purchase information, the Customer Directory tab does!
The Customer Directory allows you to save your customers contact information, payment information, as well as view their purchase history.
