Is there any way possible to see a customers name associated with a card when manually entering the card such as a phone sale? I have someone who has ordered 3 days in a row and I’m getting leery. I’d like to verify the card matches the customer information we received.

This resource regarding capturing customer information might helpful here. As you can see, the cardholder’s name associated with a purchase is only available for transactions where the payment card was swiped or inserted using the latest version of the Square Reader.
