I had to use my Square offline because the show where I was vending had no cellular service or wifi. I found out later that day that one of my customer's transactions was declined because their bank thought it was a suspious charge. She claims she contacted her bank and they released the funds because it was a valid purchase. Will the charge automatically be resubmitted for payment? Do I need to do anything to get this purchase to go through?

any offline transactions that are declined once connecting to the internet for processing will need to be processed again. There is not a way to reprocess it without the customer's card.
