Hi
quick bit of advice needed please. Recently purchased a basic card reader for a new staff member. Added her as a team member and applied team permissions. When she tried to connect the reader it said not authorised. Which permissions/settings do i need to apply to allow her to connect the device with her phone

It's worth checking that the permission to Configure hardware settings have been enabled for your team member. You can find this under Account & Settings section in Team Permission setup.
