Docusign or Adobe sign?

Has anyone integrated something like Docusign or Adobe sign with their square pos? We track liability waivers in customer profiles. I am tired of entering them manually.

Welcome to the Seller Community, @JumpinAK!

Thanks for bringing this up. I went to check on this and we've partnered with a service that may help streamline this part of your workflow. Learn more about it here: Waiver Master and Square.

Hope that's a good fit. If any other sellers have experience or more details on a process that's worked well—please don't hesitate to share! 👍

Hi @JumpinAK,

Have you considered a document management solution with built-in, legally binding eSignatures like PandaDoc?

It could be an effective workaround, allowing you to create waivers with electronic signature functionality. What’s more, you can generate waivers automatically (and instantly) from templates. PandaDoc and Square integration enables you to connect these documents to your Square account.

Once a customer signs your waiver, they can click on the payment button included in the document. Square will then process the payment.
