Does anyone use nicknames to be able to tell if it was used in the store canteen etc.

I have 6 ipads we use for different areas during a conference.  I set up nicknames to be able to tell where I assigned the ipads.  My nicknames are not exporting on any of the different reports.  So now I can't tell where the ipads were used.  It want work to use different emails and passwords.  To many different ones using them.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the filters! Just to be clear you created Device Codes for each iPad and gave each iPad it's own nickname? 

If so, you can filter these sales by selecting Device Nickname Filter on the Report Tab.

Or did you name your devices in the settings of the iPad under General > About > Name?
