Existing SubDomain Not publishing

I am wanting to republish my website using the previous subdomain I was given but Square wants to give me a new one.  How do I use the previous one and not generate a new one??

HI, you would log into your Square account using the previous subdomain log in credentials.  Have you checked the URL to see if it still displays?  You can check with Customer Support also.  

 

You can try to contact Customer Support with this link.  Monday to Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm PST.

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.

 

You must be logged into your account and is best on a laptop or desktop.  Phone app sometimes displays unavailable at times.
