Hello! I'm trying to figure out a way to use the Square Loyalty Program more like a referall program.
I run a high-end boutique that heavily relys on word of mouth within a small community. My product has a higher-end pricetag along with it so I don't really see repeat clients for a year or two between purchases even though they are definitely loyal clients.
My question is whether I can have clients earn stars on the loyalty program by referring their friends to the shop. Can I manually send individual stars to people through the Square Dashboard?
If not, will Square be creating an integrated referall program anytime soon?
