I don’t understand the break down on the square app. How does the gross sale amount become different from total collected?
I may be entirely wrong, but my guess is that your "gross" is what you sold where as your "total collected" is your gross minus any discounts, fees, refunds, etc. Therefore, the total collected is what has actually been deposited.
