Hardware and account questions

I'v  lost the passcode for my smartphone,  so I can't process payments with the square insert. Also I would like to upgrade to a small terminal.

Hello @lovemusica and thanks for your post. I'm so sorry your lost your smartphone passcode. Unfortunately we won't be able to help with that issue; you'll probably need to contact either your phone maker or visit a store where you have cell phone service. If you'd like to order new hardware to use for your Square account, you can access that in your Square Dashboard or from this link. Have you remembered your password for your Square account?
