Has anybody have the problem when sending a receipt it’s the wrong amount?

Has anybody had a problem when sending a receipt to the client for the correct amount and when the receipt is given to the client it says a adjusted amount. But when you look at your transaction history it says that it is the correct amount and not what the client receipt is showing?

I've never heard of a receipt sending with an adjusted amount. Can you give our CS Team a call with an example of the transaction you're referring to?
