How can I add a link to my email in a Marketing Campaign?

When I include my email address in my Marketing Campaign message it doesn't open up so my customers can quickly send an email to me.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi there. 

When you add your email address to the content section of your Marketing Campaign, it should automatically insert the URL link to prompt your customers to email you. However, you can add the URL manually by clicking on the link icon and typing "mailto:" before your email address in the link section.
