I’m wanting to notify all clients that I’m moving to a new location. Am I able to do that through their upcoming confirmations? Or can I send a text through Square to notify? Or any other option?

First, you can put a custom message on the bottom of your receipts telling everyone about the move. On your Dashboard, go to Account & Settings -> Business -> Receipt. It’s near the bottom of this page.
Next, I would recommend looking at Square Marketing. You can create a campaign that will get sent to everyone who allows email advertising from you. It’s a great way to get the word out.
There may be a way to add a note on your appointments page, but that not a product I use. Hopefully someone who uses it will chime in here.
