How do I add a second shipping option

JI use FedEx right now and want to add UPS as a second shipping option when checking out online orders.  When I add the option it creates two buttons.  They both say require don them and if they are both not checked it creates an error and then it defaults to free shipping.

What platform are you using to sell? How are you trying to access it(mobile or PC)? Most platforms won't give you complete access via mobile. Let me know what platform you are selling from.
