While having internet issues a card we ran off line later showed up as declined. This has happened a couple of times. Can I or how do I collect on this transaction?

You have 2 options basically, contact the buyer, which you probably don't know. This is why I don't use offline mode, too risky even though our normal declined ratio is like 1 in 300.
You can try contacting square via email support, tell them the payment transaction details, and they can sometimes send an email to the customer.

How do I access telephone no for receipt after card was declined because it was offline. Want to call customer.
