Hello! I'm setting up my Square to use during a craft fair with a central cash desk. I will be running this fair for a few days and each day has different vendors with different items. I'd like to be able to configure things so I only see the items for sale that day on my ALL ITEMS list.
Do I need to use the Locations function and set up different locations for each date? is there another workaround?

Yes you could set up different locations for each vendor. Then when you sign into the POS app you can select the name of the vendor and you'll see only the items associated with that vendor (location).
But if you're using an iPad or tablet you could consider setting up an item grid, which enables you to organize your items into pages. If each vendor has a lot of items this might not work though! You can have 25 items on one page, and you can have a maxmum of 7 pages.
