I have a POS at my concession stand and the few employees who use it have their own login info. I want them to be able to open the cash drawer outside a transaction while logged in, but I want that disabled when no one is logged in. When I have the option enabled it seems I can open the drawer when no one is logged in, but I want it disabled when no one is logged in, and enabled when they are logged in. How can I do that?

Hello @skateman81,
Thanks for providing us that insight. We see its your first time posting in the Seller Community, welcome! 😊
Currently the ability to disable this when nobody is logged in is not an ability, but a great feature request. The ability for anyone to open/close
the cash drawer is controlled by a single permission within your permission sets.
I can mention this to our product managers as an improvement request.
We appreciate your recommendation!
