How do I get a replacement card reader?

Apparently my Square is not reading cards   properly. I need to replace it.

The most important tips are checking that you have a supported device and the newest software update.
If you're still unable to make the reader work after going through the appropriate troubleshooting steps and you received your reader within the last year, you can look into a warranty replacement. Any micro usb cable will work.  You can pick one up at a bestbuy, walmart or cell phone store.
