How do I get the name of my category to change in my header navigation menu?

I changed the name of my category and it is correct everywhere but in my header.  The navigation menu in the header still has the old name of the category.  I even tried deleting the navigation link and creating a new one to the new category name but the old name is still in the header.

Hey there, @ojoycreations - 

Make sure you make the edits under "Edit Website" and then go to Header. 

Also, once you've made the changes - make sure you save and re-publish the site.
