We would like to give a 3rd party access to our daily sales report. How do we do that read only?
When you say 3rd party I assume you mean a person and not software? If you mean a person then you will need to add them as an employee and set permissions. NOTE there is a $5/month/user fee for this service.
Under Employee/Permissions and Create Role - First Name the Role then select Access Dashboard then at the bottom of that section check View Sales Reports and Transactions.
Then select Employee List on the top left.
Create Employee and enter the information. You must provide their email address for this to work. Employee ID is not needed.
Once created it will pop up on the right. Click on Enable permissions and select the role you created, and the location you want them to have access to if you have more than one.
