Today I rang up a sale and selected cash payment by mistake. The customer wanted to pay by credit card. But there doesn't seem to be any way to go back without starting all over again, which is what I had to do. I had to rescan all the items and then choose credit card as the payment type.
Is there any way to go back to a previous screen without starting over again? What if the customer wanted to add another item at the last minute, after I had already moved to the payment step?

Hi @mikesclub! Once you've gone through and completely processed a payment, there's not a way to go back and change the payment type. As long as you haven't processed the payment, you can always go back to the checkout screen to add more items to the sale.
To make sure your books are balanced, you can refund the "Cash" payment that you recorded by mistake.
