How do we see tickets wait times for FOH?

We are trying to figure out how front of house can see how many tickets are in progress in the kitchen so we have better ideas of wait times when taking new orders. We have multiple screens and any of our staff are able to take orders from to separated dining rooms. How could they know what’s already in the kitchen when trying to give a customer an anticipated wait time for their food or to-go order?

At this time, the feature you're looking for can be found on Square for Restaurants our tailored experience for Front of House/Back of House types of restaurants. However, another alternative you have would involve using iPads with Square KDS so that both sides of your restaurant can stay on top of the current order status.
