How do you add service charges when using the VIRTUAL TERMINAL?

I have tried multiples ways and there is no option to add a service charge when trying to take payment through virtual terminal? Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi, @LTacker21, thanks for reaching out to us!

This is a great question, currently, manual and variable service charges can be added to any purchase when checking out via Square Apps or Square Online, this feature is not available to use when checking out via Virtual Terminal.

As an alternative, you could send your customer an invoice with the service charge included, or process the payment on your app over the phone with manual card entry.
