How does Square define "regular" customers versus "lasped"?

Hi all,

 

We are trying to build on our customer base, and I was wondering if anyone knew how does Square defines "regular" customers versus "lasped"? We are hoping to bring more people back into our store, but would like to know how long does it take from that last recorded visit for a customer to be deemed "lasped"?

lapsed customer is someone who has made 3 purchases in a 6-month timeframe and hasn't returned for 6 weeks.
