I need to change my email address on my Square account, but when I attempt to do so on the dashboard, I am prompted to send an email or text to confirm the change. Problem is, both the email address and the text phone number that are suggested are no longer active. How do I change my email address in this circumstance? Thanks.

Ah, you'll need to call CS directly so they can manually change your email and remove SMS authentication from your account.
Do you have your customer code? You're required to to log in to grab it, so if you haven't jotted down your code already, let me know in a private message so I can follow up. @RobGross
