How to have tax rate selection altered by shipping location automatically?

How do I set up my Square Shop so that when the customer enters a shipping location, the store recognizes this as outside of my tax district and selects my tax rate that is for that scenario? And so on when the shipping location is within my district, it charges that pre-made tax rate to it? 

(I live in California so the districts make a difference.)

Any help on this would help I haven't been able to figure out how to have it recognize it within me manually designating each tax rate per shipping location.

Not sure if California laws are different than ours here in Kansas, but my understanding is that you pay the sales tax of where the item was sold.  In your case, if you are shipping the item from your location, the tax should be paid to your district (city) since the sale took place there.  It makes our business a little more fun since we phsically deliver our goods.  We have to pay sales tax to every city we deliver to.  Hope this helps!
