How to receive feedback

My receipts don't even give the customers an option to leave feedback...

I really want to collect feedback but I do not know how to make it work... I have already activated the "collect feedback" option. It does not seem to be working

Hi @TRS_2019 and welcome to the Community!
 

If you have this feature toggled on, it should show the customer a smiley or frowning face at the bottom of their digital receipt and that's where they would want to leave feedback.

 

You're saying they're not seeing those? Is there any way one of your customers could send you a screenshot to send us to see if it shows?

I'll try to get a screen shot. One of my customers paid with her computer in front of me and she showed me the screen, there was no smiley at all.
