How to take a partial payment on event tickets?

Greetings! I wanted to know if there's a way to set up partial payments on an event ticket? For example I'm selling vendor spaces for an event. I wanted to offer the participants a way to pay a deposit and then come back to pay the difference.  I was trying to not have to create individual invoices. Is there such a thing?

This would be considered a feature request at this time, @Soulboujeesalon.

In the meantime, just as you mentioned to option would be to create an invoice were you can have a deposit and an amount due.
