I am entering inventory into the Square system. How do I resize images to fit

I am very new to Square.  I am trying to set up our inventory.  Some of the images I am using won't fit the square.  How do I resize?  What dimensions should I use?  Please help.

The official FAQs say the image size should be 720x720 pixels, but I've found the images are cropped when I use this size 😞
