Sorry to hear about the trouble. You won't be able to edit the name provided during activation that is displayed there, however it will only be visible to you in your Dashboard. Any publicly facing info, like what appears on your receipts, can be updated from the Locations page. Hopefully that helps in the meantime!
UPDATE: We updated the page so you can now update that name! Head to your Account page to do so!
