I'm a new Canadian Square account and have a USA client who would like to pay by USA credit card (in Canada). All tranactions will be manually entered (no swipes).  Is there a way to change the POSTAL CODE field to ZIP CODE when dealing with USA clients on both the manual form and/or invoice or will the system not care so long as the banking data is correct (i.e. entering zip code into postal code field)?  Thanks for any outreach!

As long as you are in Canada when you try to process the transaction it should work fine, but it won't work if you are in the United States and try the same transaction.

You can enter the zip code in the postal code field.

I’m in Canada, If I charge a us credit card in Canadian dollars will their statement show they were charged a us amount

I do believe that the credit card company will handle the exchange and it will show up in the correct currency on their card.
