I have square appt app on iPad and iPhone I want the reminder phone number to be my iPhone number

I have the square appointment app on my iPad and my phone and when the reminder is sent the phone number is my iPad number can it be changed to my iPhone number and when the customer tries to reply it says it is not enabled but I thought I did ??
