IOS Photos won't upload to Square Online

I am setting up my Square Online and all of my photos are in IOS/HEIC format so I can't upload them.  What do I need to do to get them uploaded to my listings?

JPG instead of HEIC

Thank you so much!  I'll definitely be making this adjustment for future photos.  Unfortunately, I do mostly custom work so a lot of my items aren't in my possession anymore to be able to take new pictures.  Do you know if there is any way to make my existing pictures usable?
