Our business is moving to a new state and as such will require a separate Payroll. Since Square does not support this transition--If I cancel Payroll, will the appropriate filings (including year-end) still occur? Or do we need to continue to pay for Payroll, even if not using it, to ensure those filings?

@RTI Thanks for reaching out about this! I confirmed with one of our Payroll Specialists that if you cancel Square Payroll, your year end filings will still be sent. But it can get a bit complicated on other filings if you're cancelling and going to a new provider. So if you're looking for other information aside from your end of year filings, you'll want to reach out to the Payroll Team to make sure you're all set to go.
